Your Right to Data Deletion

At AskRah Affiliates, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. In accordance with data protection regulations (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems.

What Data We Store

When you use our service, we may store the following information:

• Account information (name, email address)
• Profile data from social login (if applicable)
• Referral and commission history
• Payment information
• Activity logs and usage data

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@askrah.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your full name
• Email address associated with your account
• Reason for deletion (optional)

Option 2: Account Settings

If you are logged in, you can delete your account directly from your dashboard settings. Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Option 3: Facebook Data Deletion

If you signed up using Facebook, you can also request data deletion through Facebook:

1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
2. Click on Apps and Websites
3. Find AskRah Affiliates and click Remove
4. Check the box to delete your data

What Happens After Your Request

Once we receive your deletion request:

1. Verification (1-2 business days): We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate.
2. Processing (up to 30 days): We will process your request and delete your data from our active systems.
3. Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been deleted.

Data We May Retain

Please note that we may need to retain certain information for legal or legitimate business purposes, including:

• Transaction records required for tax and accounting purposes
• Information necessary to comply with legal obligations
• Data needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
• Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you

Any retained data will be kept secure and used only for the purposes stated above.

Impact of Data Deletion

Please be aware that deleting your data will:

• Permanently close your affiliate account
• Forfeit any pending commissions below the minimum payout threshold
• Remove your referral history and statistics
• Revoke access to all affiliate tools and resources

This action cannot be undone. If you wish to use our affiliate program in the future, you will need to create a new account.
