By accessing or using the AskRah Affiliate Program ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the AskRah Affiliate Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Account Registration

To access our affiliate program, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Affiliate Program

4.1 Commission Structure

As an affiliate, you may earn commissions on qualifying referrals. The current commission rate is 25% lifetime recurring commission on all referred customers. Commission rates and terms may be modified at our discretion with reasonable notice.

4.2 Referral Tracking

Referrals are tracked through unique affiliate links provided to you. You are responsible for using these links correctly. We are not responsible for tracking errors caused by improper link usage.

4.3 Payment Terms

Commission payments are processed monthly for balances exceeding the minimum payout threshold. You must provide valid payment information to receive commissions.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Engage in fraudulent referral activities
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse the program
  • Use spam or unsolicited communications for promotion
  • Make false or misleading claims about our products
  • Bid on branded keywords in paid advertising
  • Use cookie stuffing or other deceptive practices
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to manipulate or game the referral system
  • Self-refer or refer through accounts you control

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform remain our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use promotional materials we provide for the sole purpose of promoting our services as an affiliate.

You may not modify, reproduce, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Extended period of inactivity
  • At our sole discretion with or without cause

Upon termination, unpaid commissions above the minimum threshold for legitimate referrals will be paid according to normal payment schedules.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AskRah and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
